Which Oil to Choose?

We only produce single-origin extra-virgin olive oil. This means oil comes from one variety of olive trees. Each variety has its own characteristics, such as flavor notes and fruit shape. 

For example, Picual comes from Spain. The olive fruit has a 'pointed' end hence the name, and the flavor is intense and peppery. Dolce comes from Italy. It is gentle and has a softer tone.
